Here are the cases in which you may need to make an exchange or return:
Return Policy
If you have received a product and are not satisfied with it, it doesn't fit or you regret the purchase, you can request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days. To do this, the order must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all the items and accessories received. To request an exchange, simply send an e-mail to contato@tullejour.com, stating your order number and attaching images of the product showing that it has not been used.
Exchange Policy
If you have received a different product from the one you purchased on our website, or if it is missing an accessory, or if you would like to exchange it for a different size or model, please contact us by e-mail: contato@tullejour.com. This request must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the product.
Exchange and return conditions
For an exchange or return to be made, the product must meet the following requirements:

no signs of use, stains, dirt, sweat or deterioration of the garment;

preserve the internal packaging and original labels applied to the garment;

respect the following stipulated deadlines;
After receiving the product at our Distribution Center and approving the return or exchange by analyzing the items, Tulle Jour will refund the amount within 30 (thirty) days to the payment intermediary's account and you can request a withdrawal.
